DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We provide shipping within India, Singapore and to all international destinations. We have tie-ups with leading logistics providers to handle your order for safe and fast delivery.

 

Shipping Information- India

All India shipping charges are FREE. 

Delivery Method:

For orders taken with items in stock and on-hand at our studio in India, shipment will be delivered within 2-7 business days. Local pickup from studio its available free of charge.

For Custom Orders - Pret pieces will ship within 2 weeks and embellished pieces within 4 weeks. We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via the email provided by you while placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, it takes between 1-4 business days to be delivered, depending on the pin code.

In rare cases,  any delay that might be caused due to unavoidable circumstances will be communicated effectively to all affected customers. You can also contact us at rpande10@hotmail.com for any queries related to your order and shipping.

All International shipping charges are at a flat fee of  30 USD. For orders above 300 USD , shipping is free.

Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments:

You order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards Import, Customs & Taxes may be levied by the Custom authority which will be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information.
