Please do get in touch with us in case of any issues with your order.
We'll give you a replacement of a problematic piece in the same style or an entirely different style of your choice in case-
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during shipping
- Wrong item sent to you
- Item not delivered
- Wrong size
You may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team at Ritu Pande would study the need for an exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be facilitated. This can be accommodated just Once , not multiple times.

You need to inform us by email within 3 business days of receiving the parcel on email@example.com If we are not informed within 3 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is not available for exchange.

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice, and Courier the parcel back to us. Address details will be shared in the email. The pieces have to be mailed back to -

The shipping charges for the return have to be borne by the buyer. We recommend using a mode of shipping that is trackable at your end as we will not be liable for any lost or damaged packages
